CIA at Copia creates a holiday marketplace and adds online shopping, in addition to holiday-themed classes and seasonal events through December
 

Napa, Calif. – November 14, 2017 – The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) at Copia, the ultimate Napa Valley destination for exploring, experiencing, and enjoying the world of food and wine, is decking the halls for gift givers, beginning with a holiday marketplace on November 24, 25, and 26 and the launch of an online store the same week. There are additional fun and educational activities for CIA at Copia visitors throughout the holiday season.

On the weekend of Nov. 24-26, CIA at Copia is host to a special holiday marketplace from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring one-of-a-kind handcrafted gifts and culinary treats from local vendors. Some vendors will be onsite all three days, while others will make appearances on specific days. There’s no admission to the marketplace.

In addition, The Store at CIA Copia is already stocked with an assortment of seasonal and local offerings that are perfect for gift giving. The launch of the store’s online shopping site, shop.ciaatcopia.com, on Nov. 21 will make it easy to have gifts delivered anywhere.

Napa Lighted Art Festival
This new festival, where light becomes art, creates a stunning walking path of artwork as light displays are projected onto a variety of buildings throughout Downtown Napa and at CIA at Copia from Dec. 9 through Dec. 17, 5 to 10 p.m. The CIA at Copia will have two lighted art installations: one large installation on the exterior of the building and an interactive installation in the building’s atrium. The exterior display will run at the top and bottom of every hour. Up to ten original artworks will light up the night sky for nine nights in this unique display.

More Activities at CIA at Copia 
Holiday visitors will find much to do at CIA at Copia, including daily cooking classes, wine tasting in the Tasting Showcase, dining, and browsing culinary and wine collections. The Restaurant at CIA Copia is a destination for innovative, market-based, globally inspired California cuisine that pairs perfectly with Napa Valley wines and craft cocktails. Throughout the property, guests will find culinary artifacts, museum collections, and one-of-a-kind sculptures, which are open to the public and can be viewed at no charge.

CIA at Copia is also the ideal location for private food and wine events, from an intimate wedding in the amphitheater to a festive holiday party in the atrium, or an industry conference that commands the entire building.
